PROP MASTER
- Responsible for maintaining thousands of props and dressing across The Mckittrick’s 6-floor, 100-room theatrical space
- Managed a team of 5 fulltime prop artisans and up to 5 overhires while cultivating a positive work space
- Successfully managed a weekly show running budget and built finance tracking systems
- Developed operational systems to improve collaborating cross functionally with multiple departments
- Managed the budget and execution of large scale builds within the Sleep No More set
- Designed new systems of cleanliness and safety protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic
PROP ARTISAN
- Built new props and dressing to further the storytelling and execute the Designer's vision
- Worked independently to complete daily maintenance
- Sewing, painting, graphic design, embroidery, calligraphy, upholstery, molding and casting.
